These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Natural Footwear website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Natural Footwear is a UK family-run retailer of premium comfort footwear. These terms form a contract between you and us when you buy products from our website.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products selected. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate billing and delivery details.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider.

4. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are typically 3–4 working days within the UK mainland. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.

5. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We also offer a 30-day returns policy for unused items in original condition. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images on screen. Sizes follow the manufacturer’s sizing; please check our size guidance before ordering.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
